The Indian Census is the most credible source of information on Demography. Initiated from 1872, Census 2011 is the 15th National Census of the Country.

Census-GIS reflects Population characteristics, Economic Activity, Literacy and Education, Urbanization, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

This system allows the user to compare Census data of 2001 and 2011 on above parameters.
